Money from your sales,
when, and how much?

Every marketplace pays out differently. Settle Check puts them on one screen: sales minus fees and deductions, and just the money that will actually land in your bank, with the date.

We never ask for marketplace passwords. Just upload the payout file from your seller center. Settle Check is in closed beta in Korea, starting with Naver Smart Store and Coupang.

Because you only need three numbers

Each marketplace has its own statement layout, dates and deductions. Settle Check boils them down to three numbers. Tap only when you want the details.

Marketplaces change their fee rates often, so Settle Check doesn't memorize rate tables. It reads the numbers straight from the payout file the marketplace gives you. (Numbers are examples.)

It starts with one payout file

Upload the spreadsheet from your seller center's payout menu as it is, and Checkio sorts out what's coming in and when.

1

Upload the payout file

Drag in the spreadsheet as it is, or share it from your phone. A screenshot of the payout screen works too.

2

Money in, by marketplace and date

Each payout goes onto the calendar with its amount. Money waiting for buyers to confirm is shown separately.

3

Checked off when it lands

Upload a bank screenshot or transactions, and each deposit is paired with its payout. If an amount is off, the biggest likely reason comes first.

We never take your password

You log in as usual, two-factor authentication and all. Settle Check only receives the payout table you already see.

Upload the payout file NowThe spreadsheet from your seller center's payout menu, as it is. Two-factor doesn't get in the way.
Payout screen screenshot NowTake a picture of the payout screen in your seller app. We read the text and delete the image right away.
Desktop helper In the worksLog in as usual in Chrome on your own computer, then bring the payout table over with one click.
Official connection In the worksAdd the seller API key your marketplace provides, and payouts come in automatically every day.

We never log in on your behalf with your marketplace password or text codes. It may look convenient, but it's handing someone the keys to your shop.

New marketplaces, learned as we go

We don't memorize every marketplace in advance. When a file from a new one arrives, we guess the column names and ask only about the confusing ones, once. After that, no seller is asked again.

Money in isn't your revenue

This is what trips people up most at tax time. Doncheck carries it through to your tax records.

About the closed beta

We're refining Settle Check with a few sellers on Naver and Coupang in Korea.

  • Free. Use it and tell us what's inconvenient.
  • Works on phone or computer, nothing to install.
  • One payout file is enough to start. Other marketplaces' files are learned as they come.
  • Each seller's data is stored separately on servers in our office in Korea. Screenshots are deleted as soon as they're read.

Questions

Do you need my marketplace password?

No. Just upload the payout file or a screenshot of the payout screen from your seller center. We never ask for passwords or verification codes.

I use two-factor authentication. Is that OK?

Yes. You log in yourself as usual and upload the file or screenshot. The desktop helper we're building also reads the screen you've logged into on your own computer, so it won't clash with two-factor.

Which marketplaces work?

We start with Naver Smart Store and Coupang in Korea. Upload a payout file from another marketplace and we'll learn it, asking only about unfamiliar columns, once.

Where do I get the payout file?

From the payout or settlement menu of your seller center, where you can download a period as a spreadsheet. Menu names differ a little by marketplace. A screenshot of the payout screen works too.

Do I need to enter fee rates?

No. We read the numbers straight from the marketplace's payout file, so nothing needs changing when they change their rates.

Can I get my payouts early?

Settle Check doesn't lend money or sell early-payout products. If your marketplace offers faster payouts, we only tell you how many days earlier they would come.

Where do my files go?

They're uploaded to Doncheck's server over an encrypted connection, and only the numbers needed for payouts are kept. Customer names, addresses and phone numbers are not read and are discarded. Nothing is sent to outside companies, including AI services.

Do you file my taxes?

No. We prepare a summary of sales and fees by marketplace. Please file with your accountant.

How much is it?

Everything is free during the beta.

Who runs it?

ALE Corp. in Seoul, Korea, as part of the Doncheck family. Questions are welcome at alefniamc@gmail.com.
